Between plustek OpticFilm 7200 $199 and the VuPoint $99. Is worth the difference? Do they work with B&W? - vupoint film scanner

I have about 200 or more negative films, I want to scan. Half of them are black and white, so I'm not in a business that will specialize in B & W sent, is about a dollar per ... (Completely out of my budget!)
There I found two cheap dedicated I'd buy one and do it myself ;-)
I reviewed the Plustek OpticFilm 7200 A11BBM31A ($ 199) and Vupoint scan 35mm film ($ 99). But the punishment plusteck the difference? And you have two B & W?
